About these terms

These cover your use of nowuniwaps.com and any order you place through it. Delivery and returns are set out on the Shipping & returns page.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation, not when you submit payment. If an item is out of stock or priced in error we will contact you and refund in full rather than substituting something else.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Shipping is shown before you pay.

Safe use — please read

Protective equipment reduces the risk of being stung. It does not eliminate it, and we make no claim that any product sold here is sting-proof. You are responsible for assessing whether a task is safe for you to attempt, and our safety page sets out the situations in which we tell every customer to call a licensed professional instead.

We do not accept liability for injury or property damage arising from attempting nest removal, working at height, or using equipment contrary to the instructions supplied with it or the guidance on the product page.

Not medical advice

Information on this site about stings and allergic reactions is general safety information. It is not medical advice and does not replace guidance from a doctor or an allergy specialist.

Identification guidance

We answer identification questions as a free courtesy, in good faith, from photographs. We cannot guarantee an identification made remotely from an image, and nothing we say removes your own responsibility to assess the situation safely.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to test stolen payment credentials or to place orders you do not intend to pay for. We monitor for both and will cancel orders and report activity where warranted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
